Anything that was required of me on the family grape farm while I was growing up

Difficulty finding staff, there seems be so few out there

In London, the Typing Room, but I've got many favourites worldwide

I have not yet tasted or had any flavour combinations I detest… let's hope it stays that way!

Ralph Lauren
Which person gave you the greatest inspiration?
My mother. She taught me the value of respecting people and life in general

I'll pass on this question, there's not enough bald ones in the industry!
What is your favourite cuisine?
It varies, but I still appreciate French cooking the most

Sriracha sauce
Which person in catering have you most admired?
Too many greats to name, but Pierre Gagnaire and Jacques Maximin have always been my favourite chefs
What is your favourite drink?
Brewers & Union Dark Lager and good wine

Dirty Harry - I love Clint Eastwood
