Tender opportunity: District Ice-Cream concession, St Albans District Council

Expressions of interest are sought to tender for the Council's Ice Cream concession in Verulamium Park, Clarence Park, Nomansland and Rothamstead Park.

Concession will be for a period of three years, from the 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2021.

With the option for the concession holder to extend the agreement by a further period of three years to 31 March 2024, subject to agreeing satisfactory new financial and trading terms with the Council.

The Council proposes to market the opportunity by way of informal tender in late January 2018, with a closing date for receipt of tenders approximately 28 days later.
