The Ferrero Foodservice log cabin will showcase three exciting new products: the Nutella 1kg Piping Bag, the Nutella 1.35kg tub, and Thorntons Luxury Chocolate Flakes. The piping bag comes ready to use, allowing caterers to be creative in the kitchen while saving time and reducing wastage.

Wexiödisk Scandinavian warewashing manufacturer Wexiödisk has launched a WD-8 hood device. The system allows operators to adjust and reset water pressure easily, with rapid switching between normal and heavily soiled washes. The double-skinned hood is both heat- and sound-insulating, while a built-in dosing pump ensures the correct amount of detergent is always used. Pan'Artisan's Street Food Dough Ball Challenge Pan'Artisan is the sponsor of the Street Food Dough Ball Challenge at Hotelympia's International Salon Culinaire on 6 March at 1.05pm.
