Lisa Goodwin-Allen, executive head chef of Northcote's Michelin-starred restaurant has put her name to Chaud Devant's new female Michelin Technical Soles.

The Chaud Devant GT1Pro Magister Shoe is designed for use by chefs and kitchen personnel to protect against risk in the workplace.

Working together with Continental Chef Supplies (CCS), Chaud Devant have created a premium shoe and boot, to create a technically advanced product with benefits including: full grain water repellent leather exterior, lightweight aluminium toecaps, Poron comfort insole for support, anti-slip, oil chemical, and mineral resistant and the Michelin ‘Star' grip and ‘Pilot Sport 3' pattern on soles for flexibility, sustainability, and adhesion.

The female fitting shoes are available in two stylish designs to compliment the chef's apparel, a low-rise shoe and a mid-rise boot, in black.

Sean Donkin, head of marketing at CCS (the exclusive UK distributor of the shoes) commented: "We are absolutely delighted to now have the female version of the shoe available. We're now able to meet every chef's footwear needs. To have Chaud Devant as a partner with Michelin is a privilege."

Goodwin-Allen, when approached, was thrilled to put her name to the shoe and become the brand ambassador for the female range.

Donkin added, "Having Lisa, Claude Bosi and a number of other high-profile chefs endorse the GT1Pro Magister shoe speaks volumes, reflecting the comfort, quality and style. The feedback we have received from right across the industry has been phenomenal."
