Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen closes Coventry restaurant blaming ‘industry pressures'

Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen has closed its Coventry restaurant citing "well documented pressures on our industry and tough trading conditions".

The restaurant has been removed from the website of the company, which now has 20 sites across the UK.

A message posted to the restaurant's Facebook page reads: "We're sorry to inform you that we're now closed.

"The well documented pressures on our industry and tough trading conditions mean that we have taken this difficult decision to close this restaurant.

"We'd like to take this opportunity to say a massive thankyou to all, for your loyal, warm custom over the years."

It is understood the franchise for the site was owned by Allas Management Ltd.
