Tom Kerridge has launched a catering and events business in collaboration with Brand Events.
Lush By The Hand & Flowers will see the team at the two-Michelin starred pub in Marlow work with the company behind events including the chef’s own Pub in the Park as well as the Top Gear Live show and CarFest family festivals.
Kerridge said: “We’re so excited to be entering into the events space. It’s been something we’ve wanted to do for a while and in Brand Events I’m confident we’ve found fantastic partners with equal passion and creativity. I just love that we’ll be able to bring people all over the UK and beyond a taste of what we do at the Hand & Flowers in Marlow.”
Lush By The Hand & Flowers has said it will offer bespoke catering for events including dinner parties, gallery openings, large family celebrations, corporate events and street food festivals.
Kerridge and executive chef Kieran Reilly have created sample menus featuring dishes including crispy pig’s head with celeriac remoulade and spiced date sauce; burrata with chimichurri, lime, crispy nut and seeds; treacle-cured fillet of Stokes Marsh Farm beef with pommes anna and red wine sauce, roasted Cornish pollock with cauliflower, spiced nuts and grapes as well as the Hand & Flowers’ chocolate and ale cake with salted caramel and muscavado ice-cream.
In February, Kerridge revealed plans to open his first London restaurant in the Corinthia hotel telling The Caterer it would be a “feel-good place which celebrates Britishness”.
