Tender: Greenwich Park, Royal Parks

London's eight Royal Parks are some of the best-loved and most beautiful spaces in the world. Managed by The Royal Parks, they provide unparalleled opportunities for enjoyment, exploration and healthy living in the capital.

We are seeking a first-class operator to deliver a high quality catering service in Greenwich Park that matches the horticultural excellence of this world-class park. The concession holder shall operate catering services in the Greenwich Pavilion Café, St Mary's Lodge Café, Wolfe Statue Kiosk, Playground Kiosk and Flower Garden Kiosk on an exclusive basis. Our aim is for the cafés and kiosks to provide food and beverage standards befitting of this world-class environment whilst remaining relevant to the local communities within which they sit. It is expected that the operator will have extensive experience of managing a year-round kiosk operation where unplanned fluctuations in business caused by weather or other factors is fully understood.

The tender documents can be downloaded from the Royal Parks website: www.royalparks.org.uk/about-us/procurement.

The tender submission deadline is 14:00 on Friday, 29 June 2018. The two-year concession contract will commence on 8 November 2018.
