Kudos sews up Royal College of Anaesthetists deal

Crown Partnership brand Kudos has sewn up a £3.3m deal with the Royal College of Anaesthetists.

Kudos will take over from Mayfair Catering on the contract, which will see them provide hospitality at the professional body's London site at Churchill House, Holborn.

The five-year deal was part of a larger framework launched by LUPC (London Universities Purchase Consortium).

Royal College of Anaesthetists finance and resource director Mark Blaney said: "Their [Kudos'] pursuit in sustainable and local food sourcing, along with having held the four ISO accreditations made them our first choice."

Kudos chief executive Matthew Herter added: "The team are thrilled to have built a new partnership with the college and can't wait to get started. The Royal College of Anaesthetists adds a new dynamic to the list of diverse venues we work with across the UK.

"The college are trying to expand in an ever-changing market and we feel our flexible approach and adaptability will make this a great partnership going forward."
