Kim Woodward joins 100 Wardour St
D&D London's 100 Wardour St in Soho has appointed Kim Woodward as its executive head chef.
Woodward joins from the same role at D&D's Skylon on London's South Bank, a position she had held for the past year. Her replacement is yet to be announced. Woodward was also the first female head chef at the Savoy Grill in its 126-year history.
Joining D&D London in 2017, the Cheshire-born chef's 19-year career includes roles in the kitchens at Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri in the US and in the UK with the Gordon Ramsay Group, starting out as junior sous chef at Boxwood Café. Subsequent appointments included roles at Gordon Ramsay Plane Food and York & Albany.
She intends to serve a menu at 100 Wardour St of classic dishes with a modern, creative twist, and to cater to every palate with gluten-free and vegan options.
