Chef Henry Harris is to open the Harlot, his fourth London pub with dining rooms, in Chiswick in November offering Mediterranean inspired dishes, with Sicilian inflections.
Opening under the banner of Harris and business partner James McCulloch’s Harcourt Inns, the Harlot follows Three Cranes in the City, the Coach in Clerkenwell and the Hero of Maida in Maida Vale.
The Harlot, which can seat 100-120 covers, will offer daily changing menus, seven-days-a-week, showcasing simple, quality ingredients.
Where possible produce will be sourced locally from family-run or independent suppliers, while beers will champion local breweries and sit alongside a carefully curated list of wines, Champagnes and French spirits.
The pub in Chiswick’s High Road will sit in a 17th century former police station and takes its name from William Hogarth’s series of paintings and engravings titled the Harlot’s Progress.
The space will include a courtyard, visible old wine cellar and two private dining rooms.
