Ibiza dining concept with food by Gennaro Esposito to launch in London

Ibiza dining concept IT Ibiza is set to debut in London this winter with food from Gennaro Esposito of two-Michelin-starred La Torre del Saracino in Naples, Italy.

Opening on the site of a former art gallery in Mayfair at 28-29 Dover Street, multi-utility and real estate entrepreneur Alessio Matrone is behind the concept. The venue will continue to showcase emerging British artists when it reopens.

Dishes designed by consultant chef Esposito (pictured) will combine influences of southern Italy, haute cuisine techniques and seasonal produce. Dishes will include olive soup with pan-fried cod and almond cream; spaghetti pomodoro; and pizza.

The venue will also feature live music performances and guest DJ sets.
