ISS picks up TSB catering deal as part of five-year facility contract

ISS has secured a five-year catering deal with retail and business bank TSB as part of a fully integrated facility management contract with the firm.

The catering side of the deal covers eight corporate sites across the UK, while the full contract covers maintenance and cleaning services across around 550 branches.

The contract is due to commence next month and follows considerable investment by TSB into its estate. ISS did not confirm the value of the contract when approached.

Matthew Brabin, chief executive of ISS UK and Ireland, said: "This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the ongoing estates strategy of TSB and help improve the experience for all its customers and partners.

"Using our experience of the sector, we will continue to improve the experience through the implementation of an innovative solution with people and technology at the forefront."
