Gordon Ramsay announces new bar opening at Heddon Street Kitchen

Gordon Ramsay has announced the opening of a new bar at his Heddon Street Kitchen restaurant in Mayfair.

The chef took to Twitter this morning to reveal details of Hidden Heddon.

His post read: "Right guys, we've got an exciting new bar opening in #London… Come down tonight and check out #HiddenHeddon. Find it underneath @heddonstkitchen Gx"

The announcement comes after it was revealed that Ramsay had trademarked the name Great Burger - suggesting another brand could be on the way.

The name is trademarked for "services for providing food and drink; restaurant services; café, takeaway, bar and catering services; reservation and booking services for restaurants".

Three possible logos have been registered, each with the g and r of great highlighted in red.

This is the second time in 2018 Ramsay has quietly revealed a new venture on its day of opening.

In April he announced new concept Street Pizza via Twitter on the day it opened in the same site as Bread Street Kitchen in London.
