Join the leading names in the UK hotel industry at the Hotel Cateys

A who’s who of the UK hotel industry will gather this month as The Caterer recognises the leading brands, properties and teams at the 2018 Hotel Cateys.

More than 650 hotel professionals will gather at a star-studded event at Park Plaza Westminster bridge on Friday 23 November.

The shortlist is made up of 51 operators, including the Ritz, Dorchester Collection, Hilton, Hotel Football Manchester, Red Carnation, Malmaison and Hand Picked Hotels.

Pale Hall, Idle Rocks and The Ned are among those shortlisted for Hotel Cateys for the first time.

Meanwhile, four Michelin-starred chefs – George Blogg, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Niall Keating and Adam Smith – are among nine chefs competing for the two coveted Hotel Chef of the Year awards.

What’s more, the 2018 Hotelier of the Year will be presented to the industry on the night after being unveiled on 14 November. They will join a prestigious list of former winners including: Nick Jones from Soho House, Robin Hutson from Home Grown Hotels, Craig Bancroft from Northcote and the current Hotelier of the Year Sue Williams from Whatley Manor.
