Corse Lawn House has appointed David Jenkins as manager of the four-decade old, family-run institution.

Jenkin returns to the site where he first began his life in hospitality in 1996, having progressed through the hotel hierarchy before spending time at the Slaughters Manor House, the Greenway Hotel and Spa and Cotswold House Hotel and Spa.

He said: "I am delighted to be returning to Corse Lawn House, a hotel that has such a well-established following and has always been somewhere very special to me. I am really looking forward to supporting the hotel's progress, building on its foundation as a destination for both locals and visitors alike."

Owner and proprietor, Baba Hine, added: "It is a real pleasure to be working alongside David once again. As a key member of the team, David is a highly talented manager and we are thrilled to have his expertise on board as we move into a busy 2019.

"David's role will encompass ensuring the exceptional level of service we have become known for is continued. His previous work with us has always been to the highest standard and we are all excited to watch him flourish."
