Jackson Boxer and Andrew Clarke to launch new Notting Hill site

Jackson Boxer and Andrew Clarke will open a new 50-seater restaurant in Notting Hill next year, the chefs have confirmed.

The pair, who opened St Leonards in Shoreditch earlier this year, will now split themselves between the two sites with Clarke focusing on the established restaurant and Boxer focusing on the new opening, which will be called Orasay.

Orasay is expected to have a seafood focus and look to the Scottish highlands for culinary inspiration.

Boxer wrote on Instagram: "After a tremendous year launching St Leonards together, Andrew and I are excited to share the news of our new site, Orasay, opening on Kensington Park Road in early 2019.

"I'll be overseeing the newborn, cooking an aquanautical menu largely inspired by my lifelong love affair with the Outer Hebrides, while Andrew leads the line at St Lennys, fanning the mighty furnace through the next stage of its evolution.

"Couldn't be more thrilled to be going on this new adventure with you brother, onwards, backwards, sometimes slightly sidewards, but always upwards."
