Speciality Breads has launched a range of more than 60 frozen vegan artisan breads, which have been trademarked by the Vegan Society. The range includes ciabattas, focaccias and sourdough and the Eden Burger Bun – a new bun which includes potato to create a soft crumb under a golden ‘soft top’ crust.
