Meat Liquor is to open its new flagship Marylebone site in June with a late-night bar.
The restaurant on Margaret Street will have an emphasis on liquor and host live entertainment seven days a week.
Its opening follows the closure in February of the group’s original site in Marylebone, which will be demolished to make way for a luxury hotel.
Co-founders Scott Collins and Yianni Papoutsis grew the brand from a street van in 2009. It now has 10 sites overall.
