Sommeliers and pastry chefs who want to win a five-star trip to Cognac have just two weeks to enter Rémy Martin’s competition to find the most innovative dessert pairing with its XO cognac.
Those looking to enter the competition have until 20 May to submit their ideas by completing a simple form here.
Entries will then be reviewed by an industry panel led by two-Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi, with the best 12 invited to a “sensorial event” on 17 June in London.
A live final will be held at Claude Bosi at Bibendum, where the 12 concepts will be created for an expert judging panel.
The winners will receive a money-can’t-buy Rémy Martin experience in Cognac, staying in a five-star hotel and discovering the cellars with master blender Baptiste Loiseau.
