Latest openings: Grantley Hall, Hoh Sek Noodles, Skylark Roof Garden and more

Grantley Hall Luxury country house hotel Grantley Hall has opened following a three-year, multi-million pound renovation of the Grade II*-listed historic property.

The much-anticipated 47-bedroom Yorkshire hotel's culinary offering includes Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall; the pan-Asian EightyEight restaurant; the more relaxed all-day dining restaurant Fletchers, overseen by Craig Atchinson; the Drawing Room; and Valeria's Champagne and cocktail bar.

The historic property, a member of the Relais & Chteaux marketing consortium, has its own English Heritage-listed Japanese garden and is also developing its own kitchen garden. The interiors feature original fireplaces, oak panelling and ornate cornicework, art and furnishings from local suppliers, and large bottles of damson gin from Raisthorpe Manor at Malton in all bedrooms.

The Three Graces Spa features an 18-metre indoor swimming pool and an indoor-to-outdoor hydrotherapy pool. The wedding and banqueting suite accommodates up to 180 guests.

The Grantley Academy, an accredited learning and development facility for all employees, is located in the East Lodge, with state-of-the-art staff accommodation in the Courtyard Building.
