Judy Joo leaves Jinjuu

Chef Judy Joo has left Jinjuu, the Korean restaurant brand she founded in London's Soho in 2015.

Joo said in a statement: "On 21 June 2019, I left Jinjuu Soho after an incredible five years. I've loved being a part of it and the team are all very talented so I have no doubt they will continue bringing the best of Korean food to London. I am really looking forward to my next chapter and will be announcing new plans in the near future."

The first Jinjuu opened in Soho in 2015 and was followed by a second site in Mayfair one year later, which appears to have quietly closed last year and become Italian restaurant Babbo.
