Anthony Hutton has become the first tenant in almost 20 years at the Tower Bank Arms near Sawrey in Cumbria. The site is owned by the National Trust and located next to author Beatrix Potter's former home at Hill Top. Hutton was previously a manager at the Langdale Estate retreat.
