Belhaven Brewery buys tavern in Strathkinness

The single-storey stone property in Main Street, Strathkinness, overlooks the town of St Andrews and comprises a public bar, games room, snug bar, dining room, catering kitchen and cellar.

Belhaven bought the pub for its tenanted estate off an asking price of £350,000.

The Edinburgh office of Christie + Co sold the property on behalf of Sandy and Sheila Black, who have owned the pub for 15 years but have leased it out for past three years.
