Berkshire pub-restaurant with rooms on the market

New owners are being sought for a Berkshire pub with a restaurant and three en-suite bedrooms.

The Fox & Horn in Mortimer, near Reading, offers a 20-seat bar, a 36-seat restaurant and a 24-seat function room.

The rooms feature decorative period dado and picture rails, exposed ceiling beams, open fireplaces and flagstone flooring.

Outside, there is parking for 30 cars and extensive gardens with a large lawn terrace that can house a marquee for events.

The owners' accommodation provides a bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge and an office.

Oxford-based Davey & Co is seeking offers in the region of £99,000 for the leasehold.
