Devon community pub with micro-brewery for sale

The Dartmouth Inn community pub in the South Devon market town of Newton Abbey has been put on the market by Venture Inns.

The wet-led locals bar in the East Street area is known for its real log fires, real ales and sports and quiz events,

Bettesworth is seeking offers of £65,950 for the 18-year tied lease on the pub, which incorporates a character bar, a games room with a real fire, a separate snug and an outside courtyard.

New owners can use the private accommodation either as a spacious three-bedroom flat or as two en-suite letting bedrooms and a one-bedroom flat with a lounge, bathroom and fitted kitchen.
