Lincolnshire village pub sold to first viewer

Lincolnshire village pub the Stirrup Inn has been bought by its first viewer, Stefan Wietryzyk, who formerly ran a pub in Nottinghamshire.

The wet-led stone pub is located in the village of Willoughton, seven miles east of Gainsborough. It comprises a bar, a tap room, a car park and a beer garden, along with three-bedroom owner's accommodation, and a private garden.

The remaining 11 years of the free-of-tie lease sold for below the asking price of £99,950.
