Local buyers for Dereham café/wine bar

Local businessmen Chris Mooney and Paul Hendry have bought Ish, a modern café/wine bar in the centre of the Norfolk town of Dereham.

The property in Norwich Road can seat more than 55 customers in its first-floor, open-plan lounge bar.

The new owners plan to reopen the business as The Lounge.

It was sold by Michael Lewis through the Norwich office of Colliers Robert Barry, which was seeking offers in the region of £250,000.
