Local entrepreneur buys The Kings Head
A seventeenth century freehouse in the Norfolk village of Brooke has sold to successful local restaurateur, James Sawrey-Cookson.
The King's Head is a grade ll listed building, comprising a main bar, 22-cover restaurant, three-bedroom owner's accommodation, a beer garden and car park.
The property sold for close to the asking price of £395,000 through agent Christie + Co.
