The Seven Stars at Kennford has sold as a leasehold interest for £80,000. New owner, Steve Andrews, is an experienced landlord, with 20 years experience in the licensed trade. Andrews intends to revamp the pub's skittle alley and use it as an overspill for the 32-cover dining area/lounge. He also plans to redecorate and refurbish the trade areas. The first floor of the property comprises living accommodation with three double bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The agent was Stonesmith of Exeter, acting for Keith and Julie Maddern.
