Private accommodation includes three double bedrooms, a manager's office and two bathrooms on the first floor and two double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and shower/WC on the second level.

The Rising Sun also has a paved trade garden to the rear and a 25-bay car park.

Licensed leisure specialist AG&G marketed the freehold on the property.
