Medmenham pub to become Italian gastropub

Restaurateur Carlos Arrigoni has acquired the lease on Ye Olde Dog & Badger in Medmenham, Buckinghamshire, and intends to convert it into an Italian-themed gastropub.

The property, which features open fireplaces and exposed beams, provides 74 seats across the lounge-bar, snug and restaurant.

Outside, it provides a patio area with pergola and benches along with parking for 40 cars.

The business turns over £193,000 a year and is held on an annual rent of £47,000 paid to Enterprise Inns.

Agent Davey & Co sold the leasehold off a guide price of £75,000 on behalf of Shaun and Deborah Rowlands.
