Mitre sells for millions

The Mitre pub in Greenwich has joined the Capital Pub Company 2 Plc's portfolio. The grade ll listed building features a successful bar and restaurant with 60 covers, plus 16 en suite letting bedrooms. Strong bidding for the property resulted in a sales price of close to £3m for the freehold interest. The buyer's agent was Christie and Co.
