New owners for listed Devon inn

Graham Flight and Mary French are the new owners of the Globe Inn, a Grade II-listed property in the Devon village of Chagford within the Dartmoor National Park.

The moorland coaching inn offers seven letting bedrooms (including five en-suite rooms) and seating for up to 88 customers across two lounges, a public bar and a seated area with coffee tables.

Further facilities include a 40-seat meeting or function room, a trade patio to the rear, and a separate three-bedroom cottage for the owners.

Stonesmith of Exeter sold the leasehold off an asking price of £90,000 on behalf of Anne and Brian Kirtley.
