Tender: contract for event catering services at The Hepworth Wakefield
The Hepworth Wakefield is seeking a tendered caterer for a three-year contract to provide services for commercial hire events.
This award-winning art gallery in the heart of Yorkshire was designed by the acclaimed David Chipperfield Architects and set within Wakefield's historic waterfront. Alongside the gallery is The Hepworth Wakefield Garden, created by international garden designer Tom Stuart-Smith.

Its mission is to create exceptional and original art experiences that inspire, captivate, surprise, and enhance everyone's lives.
The Hepworth Wakefield is seeking a caterer for a three-year contract (subject to extension) that can embody its mission to provide services for the commercial hire business. This will include catering for corporate events, weddings, fine dining, private functions and product launches. With creativity, inclusivity and quality at the core of its values, the spaces are extremely versatile and can be adapted to suit a multitude of events.
The event spaces include an 80-seater café with a further 30 external covers. The auditorium seats 90 for formal dining and 125 for a reception. In addition, The Hepworth Wakefield hosts events in the licensed galleries, foyer, smaller studios and meeting spaces. The Hepworth Wakefield Garden can accommodate outdoor receptions and events.
