Franchise opportunity: Brookfield Hall in Greater Manchester

Situated within 1.5 miles of the M61 and 0.25 mile of Westhoughton Rail Station, Brookfield Hall is an ideal venue for hospitality functions. With large car parks to the front and gardens to the rear, along with large function rooms which have recently been refurbished, it is an extremely popular venue for weddings with a full diary booked in for next year.

Brookfield Hall also serves as a Masonic Hall and provides three-course meals for more than 20 Masonic Lodges, which utilise the second-floor facilities mid-week from September through to May.

The chosen franchisee would have full use of the catering facilities on site, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large conference hall, a slightly smaller conference hall, two bars and a large conservatory. The franchisee would also be responsible for future wedding planning and new business opportunities.

The kitchen is well-equipped to provide an enjoyable working environment. The modern bars are also well-equipped and designed for functionality during busy periods.

We are looking for a suitably qualified person to enter into a Franchising Agreement to provide Catering Facilities for the Hall.

Applicants should hold the relevant Food Hygiene qualifications and be experienced in all aspects of kitchen operations, including maintaining the kitchen to comply with current health and safety requirements. They should be enthusiastic, hard-working, ambitious and have a willingness to develop and enhance Brookfield Hall's good reputation.
