Genevieve Boast

Genevieve has built a diverse career spanning leadership roles and consultancy in organisational change and sustainability, working with organisations including BSkyB, Sky Deutschland and Software AG. She is an experienced coach, trainer and public speaker, and holds an MSc in Responsible and Sustainable Business. As a B Corp consultant, Genevieve has supported multiple organisations—such as Equinox Kombucha, River Cottage and now Thomas Franks through the certification process. She currently serves as Group Head of Sustainability at Thomas Franks, where she leads the delivery of a holistic and integrated ESG strategy across the business, its clients and the wider value chain in the UK and internationally
