Abbie Hendren’s time on Great British Menu may not have resulted in a place at the final banquet, but it did provide her with an even more valuable opportunity – a job as head chef at Teal by Sally Abé.

 

We caught her in between moments of the chaos of soft launch, to ask her about her life in hospitality and get a sneak preview behind the scenes.
