Feast Events wins the Best Marketing Campaign Award, sponsored by RWK Goodman
This year’s Best Marketing Campaign Award goes to a business that has proved you don’t need a big budget to make a lasting impression.
Immersive pop-up dining experience firm Feast Events transformed a luxury hotel rooftop into one of central London’s standout winter dining destinations, generating substantial six-figure revenue and demonstrating how creativity and strategic execution can deliver remarkable results with limited marketing investment.
The brief from five-star Knightsbridge hotel the Berkeley was ambitious: attract a large existing and new audience, generate strong commercial returns and create sustained demand throughout the winter.
Feast Events developed an experience centred around four vintage-style ski gondolas, each housing a private table for guests. The concept, called Feast Off-Piste, ran from 17 November 2025 to 13 January 2026.
The targets were as equally ambitious: commercial objectives included achieving 60% table occupancy and generating high six-figure revenue through ticket sales and drinks, while marketing goals focused on driving 40,000 landing page visits and securing influential social media coverage alongside editorial exposure in leading luxury lifestyle and hospitality publications.
While the Berkeley provided the venue and received a hire fee for the space, Feast Events delivered the campaign. Despite the limited investment, it generated exceptional results. Commercially, the campaign achieved 95% table occupancy and generated 35% more ticket sales and drinks revenue than originally targeted, while also delivering an additional five-figure sum in private events revenue that had not been anticipated.
The campaign drove more than 46,000 landing page visits and generated a combined influencer and media reach exceeding six million. Social media proved to be the most effective marketing channel, with Instagram and TikTok driving significant engagement. High-performing organic posts and one Instagram reel reached almost 260,000 views, where 94% of views were from non-followers. Alongside this, the offering was covered by the press in lifestyle publications such as Sheerluxe and Time Out London.
Email marketing was also used across both brands’ databases to maintain booking momentum. Feast Events’ launch email achieved a 49% open rate and 4% click-through rate, above the brand’s 2025 averages of 41% and 2%. Meanwhile, the Berkeley featured the experience within its November newsletter, achieving a 6.6% click-through rate.
Central to the campaign’s success was the close collaboration between the two organisations, with the hotel group’s PR team working alongside Feast Events to maximise awareness and reach.
Feast Events’ win demonstrates how, through such strategic partnerships, targeted marketing and a highly shareable concept, hospitality marketing can transform a small-scale pop-up into a widely recognised and commercially successful destination.
