Accor, Mollie’s, Rocco Forte and Holland & Barrett to speak at Tech Confex 2026

The Caterer has announced the speaker line-up for its upcoming Hospitality Tech Confex on 22 September 2026, sponsored by lead partner Inntelo AI and supported by Humelab Hospitality, Converse 360 and Tiger TMS.

Julie White, chief commercial officer at Accor, will share how the hotel group is embedding AI across the business to improve both the guest experience and operational performance, while Matt Bell, managing director at Mollies Motel and Jon Davis, chief technology officer at Village Hotels, will join a panel detailing the best technology investment they’ve made this year.

Nataly Quinn, head of change and tech adoption at Holland & Barrett, will also take to the stage as keynote speaker, offering hospitality operators a different perspective on technology change. Drawing on lessons from retail, Quinn will share how her strategy of engaging with store colleagues has been crucial to Holland & Barrett’s technology adoption by ensuring it only creates solutions workers actually need to be happier and more productive in their roles.  

Other sessions will explore topics including the real-world impact of a cyber-attack, with Capgemini sharing lessons businesses can learn to better protect their organisations, employees and guests.

Further discussions will examine how hospitality leaders can cut through the hype to identify which technologies are genuinely worth investing in and how to maximise the value of those investments.

The full-day conference will take place on 22 September at 11 Cavendish Square in central London and is aimed at chief information officers, chief technology officers, general managers and operations leaders. Through expert-led discussions and real-world case studies, it will examine how businesses can make smarter technology investments, boost productivity and ensure innovation delivers tangible commercial value.
