Atis to open third healthy bowl store in Notting Hill
Build-your-own salad bowl store Atis will open its third restaurant in London's Notting Hill on 28 April.
Since launching its flagship store in Old Street, Shoreditch, in October 2019, it has opened a second site in Eccleston Yards, Belgravia.
The Notting Hill branch offers 37 seats for eating-in, as well as a grab-and-go or a Deliveroo option.
East London based interior designers, Daytrip.studio, were involved in creating the modern aesthetic of the two-storey site.
In line with their plant-powered, healthy-eating ethos, Atis has also released its new spring menu. Highlights include ‘The Earth Bowl', which contains red raw slaw, spring greens and quinoa, and the ‘Hey Pesto', which features artichoke hearts, smoked almonds and pumpkin seed pesto dressing.
Co-founder Eleanor Warder said: "Notting Hill is a real humdrum of activity and we're very much looking forward to being part of the community.
"We feel the area will welcome our offering, and very much hope Atis will soon become a go-to for a refreshing, nourishing and energetic experience."
