Barbecue restaurant group Bodean’s says sites ‘currently closed’

London-based barbecue restaurant group Bodean’s has said its three restaurants are “currently closed”.

A notice on the group’s website apologises for any inconvenience caused by the closure of the sites in Soho, Tower Hill and Camden, adding that it hopes to welcome guests again in the future.

The full message read: “We’re currently closed. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to thank you for your continued support and loyalty.

“We appreciate your understanding during this time and hope to welcome you again in the future.”

Bodean’s was founded by Andre Blais in 2002 and has previously operated sites in Covent Garden, Balham, Muswell Hill and Clapham.

In 2025 former executive chef at Hawksmoor and co-founder the Meatopia barbecue event, Richard Turner, joined the group as chef director as it looked to return to its “original ethos”.

He launched a new menu across Bodean’s London restaurants focused on the brand’s original philosophy of ‘barbecue, bourbon and beer’.
