Cé La Vi London appoints Elton Zaka as executive chef

Rooftop restaurant Cé La Vi London has appointed Elton Zaka as executive chef.

Zaka has previously held senior positions at Sushisamba London, Nobu Old Park Lane and Amazónico.

At the Paddington restaurant Zaka will oversee the kitchen and combine bold flavour combinations with Asian-inspired techniques.

He said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Cé La Vi London following its recent launch and to help shape its culinary identity from the beginning.

“The restaurant’s vibrant energy, international outlook and contemporary approach to dining immediately resonated with me, and I look forward to introducing dishes that reflect both my experience and personal style.”

Cé La Vi launched at the Marina Bay Sands hotel in Singapore and also has outposts in Dubai, Taipei and Tokyo.

The group launched its first European rooftop bar in London’s Paddington in September 2025.
