The CROTY award was launched in 2019 to celebrate those working in the corporate world.

The winner will receive a trophy and the chance to cross-train at three leading corporate offices of their choice in New York or London.

Their prize will include flights, accommodation and meals, as well as dinner for two at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London, a two-day leadership development programme, plus a range of other prizes.

All finalists will undergo interviews on 25 April before the winner is announced at an awards event on 11 May, which is International Receptionists' Day.

A winner's trip to New York will take place in the late summer or early autumn.

The shortlist was voted on by a panel of judges overseen by Bianca Talbot, chief executive of the WOW! Awards and included representatives from organisations including Addleshaw Goddard, Cushman & Wakefield, Portico, Rapport and Riverstone.

Diane Riaubiene, CROTY winner in 2020, was also on the panel, alongside representatives from the competition's sponsors, Moneypenny, Proinsight and Vpod.
