Casual dining group Côte Brasserie has appointed of Emma Dinnis as its new chief executive officer to lead its next phase of growth.
The French restaurant group said Dinnis will be tasked with building on its “strong momentum” as it looks to expand with larger sites.
Dinnis said: “Côte is a much-loved brand with an incredibly exciting food offering lead by world renowned chefs and I’m excited to build on its strong foundations. The team has done a fantastic job evolving the brand while staying true to its French brasserie roots, and I look forward to leading Côte into its next stage of growth.”
She joins Côte from Sofology, where she was managing director and led the brand’s customer-first transformation. She has also held senior leadership roles at Topshop/Topman, M&Co, Ikea, and Marks & Spencer.
Côte chair Jane Holbrook added: “We’re delighted to welcome Emma as our new CEO. She brings a deep understanding of brand-led transformation and customer experience, which will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen Côte and bring our authentic brasserie experience to even more guests.”
Côte currently operates more than 70 restaurants across the UK.
