The glittering awards ceremony, held in partnership with Bidfood, will return to Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London on 23 November and will recognise and reward the individuals and teams in the hotel sector that work tirelessly to make sure their business delivers an exceptional guest experience.

The awards span 23 categories and recognise the breadth of the hotel industry, from front-of-house teams to housekeepers excelling in their field, as well as those making an outstanding contribution to the wider hotel industry. Categories also include the Best Use of Innovative Technology, and Concierge of the Year, as well as three new awards The Caterer has introduced for this year’s Hotel Cateys.

The 2026 awards will feature Housekeeping Team of the Year, Procurement Professional of the Year and Salesperson of the Year for the first time.
