A Great British Celebration!

A book of celebratory recipes - just in time for the Diamond Jubilee - has been compiled by the Craft Guild of Chefs.

A Great British Celebration! features recipes to cook for special occasions and include a celebration breakfast, Jubilee BLT sandwich, veal wellington with port sauce, rack of venison with sloe gin sauce, and honey and mustard hog roast.

One recipe from Cyrus Todiwala replciates the dish he served to the Queen at a Diamond Jubilee lunch in March - Country Captain mutton shepherd's pie, spiced with cumin, coriander and cinnamon. "Accompanied by British vegetables in season, this is our proud salute to the Diamond Jubilee year," said Todiwala.

The book has been compiled by food and drink creative consultant Marketsquare and is available to buy online, For more information, visit www.marketsquare.eu.com/celebration
