Absolute Taste named exclusive caterer at Berkshire venue

Events and catering company Absolute Taste has been named exclusive caterer Dorney Court in Berkshire.

The 2013 Event Caterer of the Year at the inaugural Foodservice Cateys will be responsible for managing all corporate events and weddings in the recently refurbished Old Coach House Barn and Courtyard, and the Great Hall located within the house.

Absolute Taste managing director Lyndy Redding said the company was looking forward to working with the Palmer family, which has owned Windsor property for 450 years.

Commenting on how much the new business would be worth, Redding told Caterer and Hotelkeeper: "It is hard to provide a figure, but we are hoping to secure a mixture of corporate and private events along with several weddings in 2014.

"We will also be hosting a fabulous launch event in May which will allow us to show off this great venue and generate more events for the rest of this year and for 2015."
