Aidan Bell promoted to Aramark executive team

Aidan Bell has been promoted to Aramark's executive team, reflecting the firm's focus on the facilities management market.

Bell joined Aramark from Balfour Beatty Workplace in 2010 and heads the Workplace Solutions division, which provides facilities management both with and without food services.

Its activities include engineering, cleaning, reception services, and mechanical and electrical maintenance for clients such as Ferrari, FIAT, BIFFA and ING Direct.

Aramark chief executive Andrew Main said: "Facilities management services already account for around a quarter of our UK revenue and we see a great future for our efficient, friendly and expert FM capability. By joining our executive team, Aidan will give focus and impetus to our company-wide efforts to accelerate the growth of this business."
