All Canadian Coffee


45ml (3tbsp) double cream
45ml (3tbsp) maple syrup
200ml (7fl. oz) boiling water
15ml (1 tbsp) Nescafé Alta Rica
Splash Canadian whisky (optional)
Chocolate shavings to decorate

Whip together the double cream and 15ml (1tbsp) maple syrup. Pour the boiling water over the Nescafé Alta Rica. Add a splash of Canadian whiskey if desired and the remaining maple syrup and stir. Top with the maple cream and chocolate shavings. Alternatively top with the whipped cream and swirl over the maple syrup.

Serves 1
