Education caterer Alliance in Partnership (AiP) has been commended for its health and safety standards for a fifth year running.

The independent operator was audited by the Contractor's Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), which described AiP's standards as "well organised and well documented".

Paul Rogers, AiP's operations director, said the company needed to maintain standards across its infrastructure to ensure scalability and continued profitability it grows.

AiP managing director David Weller added: "Our whole company ethos is to work in partnership with our customers and suppliers and to maintain standards and quality at all times."
